During the preparation step, you'll find below a range of information. For scientific matters, thank you to contact the person responsible. Corporate Objective Congress will support all questions related to the organization of the congress, you can contact them using the contact forms. Beyond the traditional conference on analytical chemistry, special efforts will be promoted to establish some round tables on the 2 above topics selected with industrial partners some the different countries around the Mediterranean Basin. A full topical discussion will be promoted via a pre-symposium or post-symposium session. Details will be given later on the Web site. Further, a series of laboratories training courses will be promoted prior of after the symposium based on the resources of the institute. The training sessions will be given in the nearby institute and will allow the attendees to have hands on experience with both routine and advanced analytical instruments. These courses will also see the support of industrial of instrumentation. Training on sample preparation for inorganic and speciation analysis, ICP/AES and ICP/MS and hyphenated techniques using liquid and gaseous chromatographies coupled to either AFS or ICP/MS. Bioinorganic and organic analysis courses will also be provided using a wide array of mass spectrometers. Full details and length of the courses will be available later on the WEB site. During the pre or post-symposium period, meetings will be organized to promote the constitution of teaching and training network between the different countries of the Mediterranean basin in order to exchange and provide training facilities for scientists has well as students. Details of this development will be provided later on the WEB site. A series of grants will be organized to support both scientists and students to take part in the meeting. The whole meeting has well and some of the training courses will be broadcast in real time on internet so that those who cannot attend the meeting directly will be able to fully follow directly all the event. All the information with regards to connection and procedures for on-line registration for the Web diffusion will be given later. The WEB site will be operated in French, English and Arabic language. The official languages of the meeting will be either French or English. Both presentation and posters can either submitted in French or English. An instrumental exhibition will be providing to have access to the latest developments in analytical sciences. Further information will be provided as it develops on the WEB site. Conference participants are welcome to submit either oral or poster contribution. Submission of the contributions will be made directly through the WEB site : www.mbcac6.com Oral contributions: . All contributions will be reviewed by the scientific committee prior acceptance. All oral contributions will be finally accepted after the full registration of the participant Poster presentations: All poster contributions will be finally accepted the peer reviewing process of the scientific committee Pau (France) will be the newt place hosting the Mediterranean Basin Conference on Analytical Chemistry in France. Despite of not been directly linked to the Mediterranean sea, the Pau location is one of the highlight place of rapid development of analytical chemistry in France and on a European level. Its close situation to Spain is also a strong incentive for the participation of Spain which has been the founder of this conference. We must add that excellent congress infrastructure; ease of lodging as well as beautiful surroundings and food makes this area a privileged area for such meeting. Further, the proximity of the research institute hosting the conference will allow full access to direct “hand-one training curses” as well as excellent facilities for pre- and post symposium sessions. Further information will be available on the Web site which will be the privileged mean of communications. |
